Kat is the CEO of Jigsaw Solutions, Inc. where she works with companies as an organizational development consultant and career coach. Kat started her career in staffing and Human Resources working for Charles Schwab, Barclays Global Investors, Spirent Communications, Cloudera and some start up companies. Kat's focus today is helping companies build and retain strong teams and cultures.
Along with her husband and business partner, John Mark Troyer, Kat is the Co-CEO of TechReckoning, a B2B marketing consulting company, and is co-founder of The Influence Marketing Council, an organization for marketers who are bringing relationship-based marketing to the corporate world.

Kat lives in a seaside cottage with a magical garden about 25 miles south of San Francisco with her fabulous husband John, their two cats and a dog. She’s slightly obsessed with dolphins and whales, leading to transformative journeys swimming with them in Hawaii and Tonga. She loves to travel, especially to the sacred and powerful spots on our planet. She has a passion for diving deeply into her ongoing personal work which connects her to her inner wisdom and allows her to be a catalyst for positive change. She strives to live a peaceful, joyful, and meaningful life with lots of laughter!
